Recently, the contradiction between the increasing load and weak construction of power grid become more and more prominent. Hence, the novel joint construction mode is adopted for the design of 110kV Gulou Substation which is belonged to Nanjing Power Supply Company and regarded as the novel approach to address the contradiction between the shortage of power supply and scarcity of land.Firstly, according to the planned construction scale of 110kV Gulou Substation, the layout of the whole construction is introduced. Moreover, the plane design approach of electrical equipment is pointed out. Based on it, the optimized layout scheme of the equipment in the substation is proposed.Secondly, the high ground potential rise problem of the high ground potential rise is analyzed and discussed, and corresponding solution is proposed. With the CDEGS software package, the grounded resistance, ground potential rise, touch voltage and step voltage of four typical design schemes of substation ground network are calculated and analyzed by digital simulation. Accordingly, the ground network design scheme of the joint constructed substation.Thirdly, the electromagnetic environment simulation model of 110kV Gulou Substation is built with ANSYS. By simulation analysis of the magnetic field of bus and power cable in the main transformer room, it is verified that the electromagnetic compatibility design of the 110kV Gulou Substation can fully meet the requirements of related regulations and standards. Compare the measuring results with the electromagnetic environment around the household appliances. Based on it, the optimized design suggestions are proposed for the electromagnetic compatibility of the joint constructed substation.The fireproof structure design scheme of the joint constructed substation, as well as the design scheme of the fire alarm and auxiliary system is proposed. With respect to the three essential factors of noise pollution, the corresponding control schemes are put forward.Finally, the systematic conclusion of the dissertation is given, and the work which needs to be carried out further is pointed out.
