Based on the development and much analysis of mechanical seals in high temperature pumps, the plan of building test device for mechanical seals in high temperature pumps are built. At first, the design of the main part of the test device is constructed by computing. Secondly the heat effect in bearing housing by the seal chamber is computed by the numerical simulation of thermal filed in the seal chamber and bearing housing, and some part of the device is optimized. Thirdly, the plan and the technological process is designed including the system of the high temperature oil and the aid system about the buffer oil; the construction of the expansion pipe is optimized so that the temperature in the expansion slot is under 70 ℃; the unit of temperature control is designed for changing the oil temperature by adjusting the power of heater. Fourthly, test control system of the test device is design and hardware used in the system is confirmed especially on introducing the measuring method of film seal pupmpge. At last, nano-aerogel insulation blanket maybe the best material for keeping temperature and the optimal thickness is 30 mm. |
