By static and dynamic load tests, it can provide a reference design for the bridge structure, meanwhile, it’s essential link to the construction of the bridge. Load test as an important means of detection, it can help decision-makers to make a scientific assessment of the carrying capacity of the bridge, providing a favorable intuitive basis for the new structure, a new design theory and new technology development and construction application of the accumulation of practical information.Taking Xiamen viaduct reconstruction project as the basis for the appearance of the Fu-Xia intersection viaduct, linear conducted a comprehensive inspection and taking concrete strength tested. The purposes of the girder and prestressed concrete box girder, the theoretical analysis method, the test’s key points and status assessment principles, combined with modern steel girder, prestressed concrete box girder design theory, finite element method, random vibration, and vibration testing technical analysis as the theoretical basis, the basis of summarizing the relevant girder, prestressed concrete box girder load test method, a method for load test Fuxia intersection viaduct carried out research and design. In order to determine the real situation of the Fuxia intersection viaduct under the dynamic load, prior to detection by international general finite element program ANSYS for bridge’s dynamic characteristics analyzed, got the bridge’s theoretical natural frequencies and mode shapes; Then carried out the runningtest, jumping test and brake test on the girder, concrete box girder, taking time-domain method to viaduct structure parameter identification, analysis identified modal parameters measured viaduct(including the type and frequency of vibration). Comparing the measured results with theoretical results show that: the bridge has a good dynamic performance, the result of the test provides a favorable reference for the management, conservation departments.Meanwhile, the paper also conducted a study on a special test for shear lag effect of steel box girder, the limitations and rationality of shear lag effect been a bridge engineering problem for a long time. Through experiments, the test results, analyze the causes, to the study of the similar bridge in actual use has a certain reference value.
