Research On Waterscape Design Of Baoji Wei River Park From Dongling Bridge To Panlong Bridge

Urban river is the perfect combination of the "blue corridor" and "green corridor". It has high heat capacity, mobility, patency and so on. In some degree, urban river could not only show the city beautiful landscape, improve the quality of living environment and rich urban space, but could increase air humidity, reduce dust, improve the microclimate inside the city, promote the public health and so on. Therefore, it has great significance for the people in the city to construct the urban river landscape. It could not only enhance the image of the city, but create a more ecological landscape corridor. So people should pay more attention to constructing the urban river landscape.However, with the accelerated process of urbanization, urban land and water severely polluted, urban waterfront landscape in the river could not be optimistic. And also due to the influence of local climatic conditions, the people in the city could not close to water even though the city is near the river. It’s a topic worthy of further study that how to more efficiently use the urban river landscape to provide a good ecological environment for the city to fully meet people’s needs to close to water.In this paper, urban waterfront landscape in the river is the main object of study, city river belongs to urban river, seasonal river, it serves as flood drainage and landscape, but its construction is not a simple superposition of flood protection and landscape, it involves multiple departments cross coordination, policies, laws and regulations, the comprehensive application of several disciplines. Under satisfying various constraints, combing urban river waterfront park study the method to design waterscape, and apply it to the waterscape case of Baoji Dongling bridge to Panlong bridge section of the Wei river Park.In the atrical field, this article has two cores of study. The first part is researching on the design elements within the urban river waterfront park after clearing urban river classification, and based on the relevant policies and meeting the regulations; and proposed artificial water features in the form of urban river waterfront park suitable for construction; analyzing the typical domestic and foreign outstanding cases, learn from their artificial waterscape planning and design methods. The second part presents the design method for waterfront park waterscape in urban river based on the depth study above. In the example section, this article takes Baoji Wei River park waterscape from Dongling Bridge to Panlong Bridge for instance. This atrical presents the design method for the Wei River park waterscape of Baoji Dongling Bridges to Panlong Bridge section, through site visits and questionnaires, combined Baoji local climatic conditions, flood control legal norms for the construction of Wei River, standards of park design, and analysis the problems of the Wei River park waterscape that have been built, as well as the needs of urban development, the local people’s aspirations. The Baoji Wei River park waterscape that designed will provide conditions for people to enjoy and play. And it also could make up the pity that people near the water but not close to Wei River water. Besides, the design method is able to provide some reference in the future for the Wei River Park waterfront design.
