| The intelligent forklift system is designed in this paper. The control scheme of forklift from the large factory is proposed. The program consists of two parts. One is that forklifts transport though the mutual warehouses. The control center generates the controlling scheme of qr code. The plan involves the intelligent recognition of the road and the control center switch the center line to control the way of forklift and qr code generation and recognition of qr code. Another is the intelligent recognition of the object of color and shape to identify in the warehouse and its position. Target position and the position of the obstacles determine which the reasonable bezier path to go. Forklift can do automatic loading, unloading by itself. The whole process is controlled and supervised by the control center. The images and the data upload to the PC through the WIFI module. The upper computer will process the data of real time, after that to control forklift. The upper computer is designed by C#. The executable file is generated and the upper computer software can be used in any laptop. The lower computer software is designed by the Keil uVision4 software. The intelligent forklift can control itself, can complete a mission by itself. This will save energy and improve eFFiciency of work. Entire working process is controlled by computer, so the work will more reasonable and more eFFective. The intelligent forklift system will provide the setting for the intelligence, the promotion of information technology, the automation and the industrialization of the engineering vehicle. |
