Cottrell is one of the most common equipments in a fuel electric plant, and it is also an important equipment for air pullution control. Cottrell plays a main part in environmental protection field and what’s more, it gets widely applied and spread. However, because of the influence of quantity factors, the power consumption of cottrell is high. It is an issue to power plant all the time that how to dedust better, furthest reduce dust emission and further reduce energy consumption index.In this unusual period that emphasis on energy conservation and emissions reduction is more like that than anytime else.Daqing H power plant uses electrostatic precipitator to collect and deal with dust. Through the monitoring of operation condition in several years, the operating personnel has found that the anti corona phenomenon of dust collector is the main reason for the high power loss and the loss of equipment.In view of the serious problem of anti corona phenomenon in H power plant, this essay analyzes the problems of the control power supply of the original dust collector, and studies the technology of variable charge ratio power supply technology and zero voltage vibration for the effective inhibition of the anti corona phenomenon. The calculation of the theoretical energy consumption of the Cottrell is the use of Stokes’ s law, which verifies the energy saving space. EPMAX control power supply as the core, the high and low voltage external electrical circuit has been designed.According to the actual situation of Daqing H power plant, the hardware and software platform is set up, and the power control system of the dust collector is upgraded, a control system unit with self adjustment function is formed. The vibration scheme of the suitable H power plant is determined.By implanting ROQ optimization analysis software and VCR vibration control software in power supply controller, the dust removal effect is optimized. The existing problems such as high pressure control cabinet and low voltage control cabinet, can not be closed loop control, anti corona phenomenon, low dust removal efficiency, high energy consumption, serious equipment damage and so on.Through the analysis of the running parameters before and after the operation of the dust collector equipment, the effect of the device is verified.
