Research On Planning Of Leisure Agricultural Area In Taiwan And Its Enlightenment For Guangdong Province

As the development frontiers of leisure agriculture, Taiwan province make outstanding achievements in the fields of leisure agricultural area in terms of planning and management. Taiwan province build a supporting system of leisure agricultural area planning in order to guarantee the quality of planning and control its development, in response achieved well on the leisure agriculture development. This paper starts from the concept and history of leisure agriculture, refining the production and definition of leisure agriculture area planning, combining leisure agriculture area planning cases,while focuses on research and sum up experience of leisure agriculture area planning on regulations, participants, preparation, implementation in Taiwan province.On the basis of experience study in Taiwan province, research purpose of this paper is to explore solution to the development issues of leisure agriculture in Guangdong province. Urbanization that spread to the rural area in urban fringe area, has resulted in lagging behind of agriculture. The phenomenon of low output value of agriculture,vacant farmland and illegally built is widerspread. Leisure agriculture is becoming a model of agricultural transformation and upgrading in Guangdong province which intersperses among the whole province and around the cities. Leisure agriculture of Guangdong province is still in the initial stage of exploration, lacking and technical specifications and theoretical guidance of planning of which the planning agency and results varied, that due to its lack of systematic supporting system. Therefore, from the perspective of Urban and Rural Planning, this paper promotes the development of leisure agriculture area in Guangdong province and seek Taiwan province’s experience with problems of leisure agriculture in Guangdong province.Then this paper attemps to reference the supporting system of leisure agricultural area planning in Taiwan province, making suggestions in terms of regulations, participants, preparation, implementation of leisure agricultural area planning in Guangdong Province.As a result,this paper improves the leisure agricultural area planning in Guangdong Province and supple its theory in mainland.
