Hard chine planing boat is different from displacement vessel because it is mainly lifted by dynamic pressure.So the condition of hard chine planing boat is changed by velocity.Compared with displacement vessel, hard chine planing boat have more of the wave-making resistance.It is because of hard chine planing boat have the smaller beam.At the same time,displacement vessel always have a wave-making resistance hump.That is because of the decreasing of the wetting length when the planing boat begin to slide. When the hard chine planing boat sliding in a high speed, it rise up because of the dynamic lift.But that also result in the Droplet resistance.Because of the decreasing of the wetting length,hard chine planing boat have a bad longitudinal stability.That will even cause the scrap of the ship.Because of the decreasing of the wetting length,hard chine planing boat have a bad dirigibility,navigability,and seakeeping.That will limit the range of application of the planing boat,because it can not sailing in a high wave.In order to solve the above problems,author invent the invariant wetting length hard chine planing boat.And also give a way to built it.The wetting length of the planing boat is constant,regardless of traffic state changes.And based on the transient numerical analysis of62 series planing boat and invariant wetting length planing boat,we can get resistance characteristics of the boats in still water and wave.In this paper, the main research contents include:This paper suggest the main idea and the main construction method for the design of the invariant wetting length planing boat.In consideration of quickness, seakeeping and comparability with Series 62,using Solidworks to build a geometric model of invariant wetting length planing boat.Using the FLUENT software to research the invariant wetting length planing boat and Series 62 planing boat.Comparing and analyzing the difference of the pressure between the invariant wetting length planing boat and Series 62 planing boat.Using the FLUENT software to research the invariant wetting length planing boat and Series 62 planing boat with two-degree-of-freedom model.Comparing the the numerical simulation value to the test valve to make sure the feasibility analysis of two-degree-freedom model.And then analyze the invariant wetting length planing boat with two-degree-freedom model.According to the wave technology,i establish three-dimensionalwave tank to complete the establishment of three-dimensional wave tank in FLUENT. In the three dimensional wave tank,we can research the resistance in wave of the invariant wetting length planing boat. |
