The Development Of Ship Staging Yard Scheduling System And The Investigation Of Key Technology

With increasing levels of modern shipbuilding,Shipyards have paid more and more attention on the ship construction quality and efficiency.Staging yard is the major venuesis of temporary stacking and working hereafter, is also an important and indispensable resource for ship construction process.Therefore,the reasonable scheduling management of the process of staging yard,it is one of the important measures to optimize construction resources and improve productivity.For the issues of the low space utilization in the scheduling process of staging yard and the unbalanced use efficiency of using flated and so on,established the mathematical model of the staging yard scheduling, proposed hybrid intelligent algorithm based on grid search positioning and heuristic,designed solution strategy of scheduling model,On this basis,developed the scheduling system of staging yard,achieved computer-aided planning in the scheduling jobs of ship staging yard.The main contents are as follows:(1)Proposed development program of scheduling system about ship staging yard determined the system design objectives,design principles,the overall structure and development process,designed scheduling database of staging yard;(2)Analyzed the construction processsof ship staging yard.for the issues of the low space utilization in the scheduling process of staging yard and the unbalanced use efficiency of using flated and so on.select scheduling resource objects including the segment, flatbed, space as variable parameters,considered the time and space constraints in scheduling process, established scheduling mathematical mode with the higest space utilization and flated efficiency;(3)Ccombined the characteristics of the yard scheduling model,proposed hybrid intelligent algorithm based on grid search positioning and heuristic,established solution strategy of scheduling model,achieved the simulation of segment yard scheduling procedure Based on 3D digital factory strategy,verified the effectiveness of hybrid intelligent algorithms and solution strategies;.(4)For the low level of management l and informationow in the ship staging yard,developed the scheduling system of staging yard,achieved built resource management and scheduling computer-aided planning and management in the ship yard,combined with the actual scheduling problem, verified that the system was feasible and practical.
