Who had developed a type metro vehicle as the research object, on the body using CATIA software modeling, in the process of modeling, the non load bearing component and accessory component is properly simplified, and using Hyper Mesh software division, for an important part of the implementation of local refinement, Finally, the ANSYS finite element analysis software of the car body structure calculation and analysis was used. In this paper, computational analysis conditions can be summarized as 15 species, According to JIS E 7106: 2006 "railway vehicle- Bus Body Structure- Design Principles" in the provisions of the weak parts obtained stress and displacement of the main case combinations under the distribution, its analysis results were checked, the results showed that the main parts of the safety factor not less than 1.15, the flange of the underframe side beam under the vertical displacement is less than the allowable value of 17.1mm standard and structural strength and stiffness properties of the analysis and calculation results are in line with the design requirements.This paper provided a certain theoretical reference value for the research of the structure design, collision simulation, optimization design and lightweight of A metro vehicle body, At the same time, it lays the foundation for the further research and design of the independent research and development of metro vehicles in China. |
