The Study On The Road Traffic Mode Of Urban Ecological Community Of Xining City

Urban road traffic planning model has been presented in our country a good development momentum. Planning theory gradually shift from simplification to diversification; planning objectives by early functional began to shift to the "people-oriented"; planning structure change from simple to complicative. Even so, China’s urban residents community traffic problem is still severe, crowded roads, traffic jams stranded, the lack of parking spaces and so on. Residents communication space is insufficient, deterioration of living environment and so on negative problems emerging in endlessly, still need us to a high degree of attention and research in order to provide help to the development of road traffic mode, and improve and beautify the living environment of the inhabitants, at the same time, introduces the concept of "ecological community" of road traffic design, to produce new ideas, new methods, in the design of the various elements of the reasonable layout of city community road design, to realize the sustainable development of road traffic.Xining is the typical "cross" strip city, causing certain restrictions on the development of road traffic. Many ecological community space layout form is too single, and lack of fusion with the surrounding natural environment. The construction of community focused on environmental protection and energy saving of these two aspects, and in the community planning, transport, open space and landscape dynamic and building good environment and so on. Based on exploring appropriate, reasonable traffic patterns of demand, this paper USES the integrated use of literature, data investigation, communication interviews, case analysis, field investigation and research methods, theory research, combining theory and case, the design content and practical policy- framework for road traffic mode of Xining city and community full of study:(1)Combining ecological community at home and abroad and the existing pattern of community road traffic related theory to analyze their different characteristics and the direction of evolution;(2)Through on-the-spot investigation, analysis and study Xining city and community development present situation and existing problems of road traffic;(3)Ecological community with typical case, analysis of the advantages of its design, put forward to provide reference for the new road traffic patterns, the optimization and improvement of the ecological community road traffic design thinking.(4)Put forward a new mode of road traffic in the road construction of ecological community elements, design content and the strategy,traffic patterns of urban ecological community of scientific.(5)Explore the specific implementation measures of Xining city ecological community road traffic design through the research on Xining tiger areaNew grid type, loop and end type of combining the road traffic model and planning strategy based on community road design elements in an orderly and reasonable layout, can well adapt to the problems brought by the rapid urbanization, can not only meet the demand of the rapid growth of urban traffic, and to build a convenient, safe, pleasant, fairness of comprehensive transportation system, and create a people-oriented residents travel environment, realize the harmonious coexistence of people and ecological environment.
