The rapid development of urbanization and the continuous improvement of the requirements of the indoor comfort, making the building energy consumption rising. At the same time, the rapid development of the construction industry and the rapid growth of construction waste has also brought. Therefore, it is an important issue in civil engineering to study the new building materials and their related technologies to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources. Glazed hollow bead concrete heat preservation and insulation recycled concrete is put forward to adapt the demand of the development of the building energy saving and recycling economy new thermal insulation material bearing. Since the proposed, the research group has made a deep research on the basic mechanical properties, the bearing capacity and seismic performance, durability and so on. This paper, as a part of the systematic study, aims to analyze and evaluate the economic performance of the system. The based on the basic principle of value engineering, from the green building function and the life cycle cost of analys is of ordinary concrete, thermal insulation concrete, regenerative insulating concrete, three different concrete in practical application in economy, reveal the concrete with different advantages and limitations of. Through the analys is to promote the choice of green energy-saving building in the market economy as spontaneous behavior, which can point out a new way for the wide promotion of the green energy-saving and environmental protection building.In this paper, the inscription, phoenix, 19 # floor(green) demonstration project as an example, with the basic theory of value engineering in the following work:(一) Proposed the comprehensive evaluation system of renewable insulation concrete and green building value engineeringFirst, the architectural function evaluation system are presented on the basis of the LEED and Chinese green building evaluation standard of GB/T 50378-2014. Expert questionnaire method is adopted for data collection, using analytic hierarchy process based on the network(ANP) in the super decisions software(SD) to calculate weight of the index of green building. The thesis established residential performance quantitative evaluation method. The value of building comprehensive function is determined by the standard of architectural design. Then, according to the actual situation of the green building construction, the thesis established mathematical model of the whole life cycle cost calculation, and defined its specific composition.
