In consideration of the serious energy-using situation and the rapid growth in energy-consumption of constructions and buildings, energy-saving in buildings have become increasinglyimportant. Along with the development of the light weight aggregate concrete research andpractice, its application field develops to load-bearing structure from non-load-bearing structure.The research of ceramsite concrete Self-insulation system of this paper is different from thetraditional Thermal Self-insulation system, using ceramsite concrete instead of traditional ofconcrete as bearing structure in buildings, the advantage of low thermal conductivity improves theperformance of building Heat Bridge. It can meet the standard requirements in mean overall heattransmission coefficient of outside wall while loosened the restriction of heat conductioncoefficient of Wall Insulation Materials, and it can avoid the weakness of using Internal andexternal technology, making it in the true sense of Self-insulation.This paper expounded the current situation of energy consumption at home and abroad, andthe trend of energy consumption in China is analyzed, it is very important to development buildingenergy conservation. The reinforcement of Exterior wall thermal insulation is an economy way tostrengthen the building energy saving. The thesis compared the advantages and disadvantages ofseveral exterior wall thermal insulation systems, and based on this, the concept of ceramsiteconcrete Self-insulation system has been defined. The thesis briefly analyzed the relatedperformance of ceramsite concrete Self-insulation system, mainly analysis earthquake resistantbehavior of structure. And according to the current seismic code requirements, selecting a typicalresidential building of Ningbo City as the basic model, the thesis compared the natural vibrationperiod, seismic response force, the shear, maximum floor Angle displacement, floor displacementcaused by earthquake,and internal force of structure of ceramsite concrete Self-insulation systemand ordinary concrete structure system with the same size of building component using SATWEsoftware.The thesis choose10kinds of Wall Insulation Materials which is commonly used inZhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province, using of ceramsite concrete as heat bridge material, andseparately calculated the mean overall heat transmission coefficient of outside wall of framestructure,frame shear structure system and shear wall structure system.And the Wall InsulationMaterials were classified into3kinds, compared and analyzed the characteristics of Self-insulation system and the applicable scope, using ceramsite concrete as load-bearing structure, andcalculated the mean overall heat transmission coefficient of outside wall of mortar with mineralbinder Exterior Insulation Systems. Lastly, the paper used building energy saving design softwarePKPM, selecting a typical small high-rise residential model building of Ningbo City, in otheroverall heat transmission coefficient of building envelope in line with rules and keep under thecondition of invariable, changing the mean overall heat transmission coefficient of outside wall,from0.7to1.5, and separately calculated the annual heating electricity consumption, annualcooling electricity consumption and annual energy-consumption, analyzed the influence ofbuilding energy consumption coursed by variations of mean overall heat transmission coefficientof outside wall.
