Low-speed heavy-duty truck have the advantages of good Cargo capacity,through performance and other technical characteristics,since have been widely used in rural areas in recent years. Because its harsh work conditions,especially the dashboard and seat vibration inside the cab, it is easy to occur a series of accidents, and this paper studied the vibration problems above. Existing methods are often the traditional TPA method, its experimental period is too long and huge amount of data, so, it is not a practical vibration analysis method. For in-depth analysis of the cab vibration, this paper has combined with the experiment fast TPA method and virtual TPA method to solve the problem. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Using the method of Transfer Path Analysis to analysis the vibration of low-speed trucks. Through the vibration testing of the cab for the use of LMS SCADAS and combined transfer function and excitation loads of the cab to study the vibration contribution of each transfer path, also,it have chosen a method which considering both the phase and amplitude to acquire the total contribution,and to find out inferior transfer path.(2) Conducting mixed transfer path analysis combined with experiment transfer path analysis data. Import the road excitation to the LMS Virtual.lab software and to do virtual transfer path analysis with established cab finite element model, comparing the consistence of testing transfer function and virtual transfer function, verify the correctness of the finite element model, further analysis the contribution in Virtual.lab,at last to find the main path which have greatest impact on the cab vibration based on the contribution, compared with the main contribution path by the way of testing transfer path analysis, Bi-directional verify the reliability of the results in transfer path analysis,also to provide support for the latter theory and data optimization.(3) In order to ensure the optimal results can meet the rubber mounts dynamic characteristic in actual work conditions, the paper chooses the initial complex stiffness as optimization variables. And when exciting a single suspension in complex stiffness experiment, the suspension is easy to bending torque to solve this problem,we designed a parallel complex stiffness bench and provided a new way to process complex stiffness based on Power Spectral Density, and have applied related patents for entire experimental program.(4) At last,through the optimization method of DOE in multi-body dynamics software, targeted to the vibration excessively path to optimize the mount dynamic stiffness,and reconfigured mount parameters based on the optimized mount dynamic characteristics,changing the status that the enterprise configured the mount in their experience,finally achieve the purpose of reducing vibration,at the same time,it canalso provide a more scientific technical reference for the same type of cab mount configuration issues.
