On one hand,Automobile under the static load effect, but also due to roadroughness、engine、transmission and so on some external incentives, arising as thewhole or partial vibration. The full-bearing car body has been widely used inmodern vehicles, which bears the whole loads from the other parts of car structure. It meets the demands of lightweight and energy saving, but also has highrequirements of mechanical capabilities, both statically and dynamically, likestiffness and modal capabilities.Based on the investigation of the related domestic and overseas research inthis field, this thesis studies the truck cabin with static stiffness (torsion stiffnessand bending stiffness analysis) and modal analysis, and access to the mainparameters, which can directly obtain the truck cab’s static and dynamiccharacteristics. While building a truck cabin finite element model, using theanalytical software-Hypermesh for cab modal analysis,by comparing the finiteelement calculation analysis results and in front of the test results. So it give us acomprehensive and accurate understanding of the cab dynamic characteristics, andalso to verify the cabfinite element model for the designer to improve the structuraldesign provides a very intuitive basis. After analysis, the merits and demerits of themechanical performance were pointed outAt the same time,to optimize the structure of the cab of the three typicaloperating conditions. A reasonable allocation of the layout of the strengthen partsby topology optimization of the bending condition of the cab. Through to thetopography optimization base on reverse condition and free mode, and concludes that thereasonable strengthen the distribution of the rib, which provide consults for the similarstructure design.
