New green building material is becoming more and more attention, along with our country about the implementation of the strategy of building energy conservation and energy conservation and emissions reduction. Which represented by shale ceramsite concrete of light aggregate concrete, is gradually widely used in engineering. But for light aggregate concrete durability, especially shale ceramsite fiber physical mechanical properties and durability of the concrete, the current research is still rare. Therefore, this paper aimed at some problems of these two aspects, mainly for the following some experimental research:(1) The complete light shale ceramsite fiber concrete and plain concrete mechanics performance contrast test, which found that the fiber on the compressive strength of concrete was increased, the increase in turn from high to low is: polypropylene fiber > steel fiber > imitation steel fibre; Had a greater influence on the splitting tensile strength of the fiber; steel fiber performance is most significantly, increase rate is as high as 35%.(2) The complete light shale ceramsite fiber concrete and plain concrete antifreeze performance contrast test, found that the fiber increase significantly the performance of concrete frost resistance, among them, the polypropylene fiber(PP fiber) is best, followed by steel fiber, the worst for imitation steel fiber(HPP fiber) this shows that the mixed fiber can effectively improve the concrete internal structure, reduced the increase speed of micro cracks under the condition of freezing and thawing, blocking cracks, so as to improve the performance of concrete antifreeze.(3) The complete light shale ceramsite fiber concrete and plain concrete carbonation resistance performance contrast test, the results show that PP fiber and steel fiber can improve the carbonation resistance ability, while HPP fiber reduces the carbonation resistance of ceramsite concrete carbonation coefficient is 2.96.(4) The complete light shale ceramsite fiber concrete and plain concrete impermeability performance contrast test, found that the fiber can effectively improve the permeability resistance of concrete, among them, the better effect of PP fiber, steel fiber almost has no effect, while HPP fiber reduces the permeability in concrete.(5) The complete light shale ceramsite fiber concrete and plain concrete chloride ion resistance experiment, found that PP fiber can reduce the amount of electricity, improve the ability to resist chloride ion penetration; 56 days ability to resist chloride ion is higher than 28 days.(6) For plain concrete mixed with fiber concrete durability performance comparison test analysis, the experiment proved that doped fiber better enhance the antifreeze performance and permeability resistance.
