The research makes the perception image of user security experience on product color. Firstly the concept is analysed, essence and factor of user security experience, and the mechanism and cognitive process of security experience with color effect by cognitive psychology, color psychology, security psychology and physiology etc. Secondly, collect the recognition data about product color by questionnaire survey and experiment, and combine user cognitive pattern on product color and the forming process of perception image of user security experience on products color, and analysis the related emotional factor in the product color design process. Finally a set of quantitative method is build, which can fit the product feature and user feature, and can practically meet the need of user security experience on product color, and propose the standard of product color design, and make assistant and promotion to user security experience.And physiological and psychological reactions caused by the color of the products was tested. And then the visual physiological responses of the users was analyzed, obtaine the corresponding data. The investigation of the color perception image of the coal cutter is mainly through the semantic analysis by questionnaire survey. The research resolve these data through the TOPSIS method,and finally, the research get the coal cutter’s color sample for rising user’s security experience.In this research, I apply the research on quantitative method of emotional factor to the product color design field; use the emotional quantification theory to the detail design process through the actual case; and summarize the complex statistical quantification principle by brief and precise method. So the result can promote the reasonability of the product color design of our native heavy machinery, and also lay the foundation of quantization of the color emotional factor of heavy machinery.
