Research On The Localization Technology Of B-22/22A Type Compressor In Uranium Enrichment Process System

B-22/22 A compressor is something install in the process piping of the uranium enrichment technology system, its function is improving the pressure energy of the working gas and keep the working gas flow between cascades normally and opera incessant. With the aborting of gas diffusion method uranium enrichment technology system, centrifugation uranium enrichment factory has achieved industrial application. This paper has studied B-22/22 A compressor localization technology, which is original made by Russian. The study is used in uranium enrichment technology system achieve the effect of re-use of waste materials. By this way, not only save costs, but also to achieve localization technical, and it also provides a new idea to deal with nuclear equipment in the future.This paper has a demonstration and analysis to ratings and problems and response technology which are required in technical transformation. The focal point of this paper is the stator windings of electrical parts in compressor. This part includes numerous data analysis and data calculation. Meanwhile, winding process of the stator windings have been explanation in detail. In the mechanical part, we disassembled and cleaned original compressor. The injured parts of the compressor have been fixed. Lastly, the various parts have been assembled and tested. Also, we have given the specification to the technology of the technical transformation which provides foundation to machine optimization and overhaul.
