| Traffic state identification is the foundation of urban traffic management and control, it can not only provide the necessary information for road users to share, but also can effectively meet the needs of traffic management control and other aspects of the data.The paper separately in traffic information collection and traffic state discrimination introduced research status at home and abroad, on the application of a wide range of all kinds of traffic data collection methods were compared and analyzed, and the GPS floating car technology in the traffic state identification development and application were introduced. GPS Equipped Floating Cars to collect traffic information processing, processing, get the real-time traffic information of urban trunk road, through the corresponding channels to provide to the road traffic managers and travelers, the decision-making basis and reference travel, to improve road traffic capacity, the improvement of the road of the effective utilization rate, and play a positive role. This paper selects and determines the basic parameters of traffic state identification model, and gives the main methods and techniques of data acquisition and processing of GPS floating car, and analyzes the feasibility of the method. For GPS floating car data acquisition in the comprehensive economic and accuracy to determine the traffic data collection parameters configuration, also discussed how the GPS floating acquisition vehicle to the dynamic traffic data pre-processing and repair. The combination of GPS data and geographic information system will be processed and repaired.The GPS floating car of traditional traffic state identification method, found in previous traffic state identification method, decision threshold method to determine more complex, but also to consider the factors is too complicated, the lack of clear boundaries between various traffic state and between them exists a certain ambiguity. In order to reduce the traditional traffic state identification method in personal subjective factors, this paper puts forward an improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy discrimination method combining the traffic state identification method. In urban trunk road traffic state identification model is built, the VISSIM software to establish the model simulation, and in the road of the city of Harbin for the test examples, respectively, to verify the feasibility and practicality of the model. |
