Clean biomass oil is a kind of renewable and clean energy, which is agricultural straw or wasted wood by thermally cracked and transformed. It will be used to solve the problem of energy and ecological environment, in some ways, if the agricultural straw will be transformed into clean fuel. Although clean biomass oil research and production process is very fast, it hinders their development and using due to lack of industrial power machinery for clean biomass oil such as burner.There have great difference between the physical and chemical properties of the clean biomass oil and the traditional fossil fuel, the combustion of clean biomass oil is difficult to use by the traditional combustion engine because of it has the properties of big viscosity态big density, big surface tension, and low heat value. So it makes for design requirements for industrial clean biomass oil burner, and studies a clean biomass oil burner for power of 2000kW based on the physical and chemical properties of the clean biomass oil. It can be used for industrial production such as cement, glass and ceramics.Combustion is on the basis of good atomized, and nozzle is the main component of clean biomass oil burner. Therefore, it focuses on clean biomass oil burner nozzle to study and do Fluent simulation. It makes a two-stage cascade compound atomizing nozzle including the internal mixing and Y type atomizing to adapt to high viscosity and high flow. It does a simulation through the software of ANSYS Fluent. Through the simulation analysis of the whole nozzle, the flow status of the atomizing medium and fuel in the nozzle can be known, the bigger pressure of the atomizing medium is, the higher gas consumption costs. In internal mixing section and the Y type atomizing, the simulation analysis can be drawn, the higher atomizing medium pressure, the shorter mixed chamber length, smaller atomizing particle size and better atomizing quality will be.The results can make a foundation for development and design on a variety of power clean biomass oil burner. It can be used as a engineering and research reference.
