| In recently years, Wood-plastic Composite (WPC), as an environment-friendly material, has been rapidly developed in our country, meanwhile it is the important application field in WPC window, so as to the corner connection of WPC window has also become the focus of study. Based on the predecessors’research, the combing connection, fusion welding and electromagnetic heating, is applied to the process of corner connection in WPC windows. This paper provided a new way for the corner connection of WPC window.Firstly, analyzed the angle shaping mechanism of electromagnetic induction heating for WPC window, and analyze finite element solution for steel liner according to induction heating theory of electromagnetic field and temperature field, which lays the theoretical foundation for simulation of electromagnetic-thermal coupling.Secondly, the temperature distribution of steel liner was simulated by ANSYS the finite element analysis software, meanwhile the infrared thermal imaging test was applied to verify simulation results, achieve the parameter range which composed the foundation of the electromagnetic induction heating connection of WPC window corner.Finally, according to the characteristics of WPC window, fusion welding technology and electromagnetic induction heating technology, the experimental program of composite connection was provided. The process included fusion welding connection and electromagnetic induction heating connection to WPC window corners. The feasibility of composite connection was verified by the tests, and the parameters are obtained based on higher connection strength.The steel liner temperature simulation distribution got by software, the test of infrared thermal imaging, the test of welding-electromagnetic induction heating composite connection WPC window, are done to verify that these determined parameters have higher connection strength. They formed a complete composite connection technology which has the certain value of practice. |
