And the main source of PM2.5 is automobile exhaust, so this paper summarizes the existing PM2.5 filter technology and related materials. And put forward a new type of filtration material, use micron wood fiber as the core of wood based ecological level of PM2.5 filter.This paper introduces the research methods of fluid and gives the calculation model. And also describes the model, lists a series of basic theory control equations of the model. What is important is that the paper gives the filtration efficiency calculation formula of the fiber filter, considers the intercept effect to get the total efficiency of single fiber filtration and it can be seen that the specific surface area of micron wood fiber is proportional to the fiber filter efficiency. These are all lay a solid theoretical basis to the subsequent experiments.Give out the automobile exhaust mechanism research of the micron wood fiber and carbonized micron wood fiber. And introduce the performance which micron wood fiber to exhaust particles. These performances include the adsorption performance, the transparent performance of materials. The adsorption of micron wood fiber cells is verified from the microscopic view.In this paper, by way of experiment and computer simulation combining of micron wood fiber as the automobile exhaust filter material for the study of double face. The experiment analyse that micron wood fibers of PM2.5 play a role in filtrate the solid particles. So we bold assumptions, make multiple sets of filter to verify our hypothesis correctly or not. After repeated experiments, finally validate the correctness of our hypothetical theory and provide a strong support experiment for the future study of micron wood fiber filter. Then from the computer simulation verified the accuracy of our experiment on the FLUENT software. In the process of the whole simulation, through establishment the three-dimensional model and use the FLUENT software to model to set reasonable division of the grid and boundary conditions. We got the analysis results of wood fiber surface fluid mechanics.Through the reasonable theoretical formula calculation, we verified the micron wood fiber has a good adsorption on PM2.5 solid particles. Solved the ultrafine particle filtering problem in automobile exhaust in our country and provided the ways and theoretical support of PM2.5 filters for the automotive design. |
