Research On The Evaluation Of Village’s Public Security In Severe Cold Region

As one of the city problems, Public safety with a high social attention, which have been studied well from several perspectives in recent years. However, little systematic assessment result was reported in villages and towns public security study. Considering the geographical limitation, Chinese cold regions (northeast, northwest and southwest region of China) have significantly high annual temperature difference, implying that the influence factors of public security are different from other region. Thus, studing the public security and its influence factors could promote the regional development in Chinese cold region.In the main part of the study, investigate and study are to be used as the first step, it is important to collection indicators that construct the comprehensive index, then the study sorted the indicator for the direct measurement and established the subjective and objective index system. In the index system of subjective and objective, AHP and PC A were used for evaluating the weight of these indicators, and set criteria to determine the score of indicators. According to their score and risk control energy, many methods and strategies have been proposed to advance the public security of villages and towns. Finally, Wangkui village public safety evaluation as an example, we verify the feasibility of village public safety, evaluate system for public safety of Wangkui villages and obtain the Wangkui village public security. In accordance with the relevant principles and the evaluation results can flow model to large influence on Wangkui disasters floods, for example, proposes to eliminate, replace, reduce, isolate, control, risk control measures were damaged flood protection in six areas, and propose limitations and expectations for the future development of towns and villages thesis.This research is an exploratory study of the construction of villages and towns in modern social conditions. This paper is try to analyze the public security status of villages and small towns according to evaluation system, and expect it is helpful to the construction of villages and towns.
