Along with the urban traffic congestion, air pollution increasingly serious, the way of "low-carbon life" concerns among people. "Green travel" as a low-carbon lifestyle is becoming more and more popular. Many domestic cities regardless of size carry out the public bicycle project, and have rapid development. The existing public bicycle systems have many problems in the actual operation process. One of the most important is customers’ renting and returning the bicycle. In order to meet customers’ needs as much as possible, we need to schedule among deployment of rental stations. Scheduling cost and customer satisfaction always restricts the rapid development of public bicycle system. According to the domestic and international relevant research achievement, we found that reasonable and optimized scheduling route is the crux to solve this problem.The thesis analyzes and summarizes the operation situation in some domestic and overseas city, combines with the characteristics of space and time of the public bicycle system, improves the public bicycle scheduling model, and analyzes and quantifies the impact on the public bicycle system scheduling cost factors. The thesis makes some adjustments on the basis of the previous scheduling model. The model respectively considers scheduling cost and maximize customer satisfaction factor in different circumstances. In the flat peak period, scheduling cost objective is considered as the first goal of this model, and customer satisfaction is considered as the second goal to optimize scheduling route. In the rush hour, customer satisfaction is considered as the first goal, and scheduling cost objective is considered as the second goal of this model. The experiments show that this scheduling strategy can better meet the bicycle system needs at peak period and flat peak period of time.To make model more accords with the practice of the customer satisfaction, the previous quantitative method of satisfaction is improved. In terms of customer satisfaction model, this thesis considers the number actual scheduling and scheduling demand. The model makes scheduling scheme reduce operation cost under the condition of not affecting the customer satisfaction. On this basis, the multi-objective scheduling strategy is built in combination with customer satisfaction and scheduling cost.On the basis of analyzing and understanding the vehicle scheduling algorithm’s advantages and disadvantages, the thesis uses the firefly algorithm to solve scheduling model. According to the characteristics and uniqueness of the public bicycle system scheduling problem, the train of thought is determined. Through analysis of Wenzhou actual operational data, the experiment selects different number of lease point to simulating scheduling route. The experimental results show that the scheduling optimization model of this thesis can achieve operator effectiveness and the customer satisfaction.
