| The rapid development of China’s electrified railway will not only improve transport efficiency and capacity of the railways, but also bring the convenience of national travel, has made important contributions for China’s economic development. The rapid development of electrified railway, but also to the catenary inspection and maintenance of a huge challenge, if it fails, the loss caused is incalculable if catenary can not be repaired in a timely manner, so it must be timing and frequent to check and service the catenary. Most domestic companies use simple vehicle ladder to inspect and repair catenary, using the manpower to promote the ladder, it’s low efficiency, greater labor intensity, and the safety of maintenance personnel in high altitude operation is not high,the maintenance cost is high. This thesis based on the catenary maintenance situation with researching and analysis, propose new methods for catenary maintenance, designed a new type of catenary intelligent inspection vehicle ladder system.In this study, catenary inspection vehicle ladder system consists of vehicle inspection vehicle ladder and maintenance vehicle ladder. Catenary maintenance using the method of detection and maintenance, pre-use inspection vehicle ladder to fully automatic unmanned testing, post-maintenance vehicles ladder designated maintenance. Inspection vehicle ladder and maintenance vehicle ladder share a chassis, the chassis design of the drive system, the whole system adopts PLC control scheme was proposed, and use wireles remote control to control vehicle ladder remotely, automated vehicle ladder, improve work efficiency. On Inspection car is designed with lifting and transferring ladder platform and support platform structure, to achieve the catenary maintenance automation; vehicle ladder design ripping rail and telescopic device to.prevent ladder outer rail ultrahigh and windy weather the situation is overturned; assembled the entire body with removable design, easy to transport the car ladder.Currently, the inspection vehicle ladder positive trial process, maintenance car ladder has been put into the trial, basically meet the business needs to achieve a catenary maintenance of automation, improve work efficiency, and ensure the safety of maintenance personnel when operating at high altitude, reduce the labor, so that enterprises get a considerable objective economic and social benefits. |
