Along with the rapid development of urbanization of China, to use urban land source rationally, In excavation of underground structural engineering as a representative of China’s rapid development in nation-building can be more widely used. But there are some controversial issues in the actual research focus and project construction, especially for water and soil sub-effective problem there are some differences. This paper conducts a relatively systematic and in-depth research on the problem through experiment and theory analysis, and proposes and calculation method of water and earth pressure on foundation pit retaining structures. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. Firstly, reference and summary for soil and water points at home and abroad and the related theoretical studies of soil and water cost-effective operator to understand the current situation and its research widely mature theoretical results. At the same time we need to refer to this article for testing and analysis of the experimental work concerning the theoretical analysis predecessors have done, to provide effective reference value for the test program to determine the article.2. Through the experimental conditions and the experimental conditions, this paper summarizes the theoretical guidance of the actual conditions of this experiment, and summarizes the applicability of soil and water conservation, water and soil conservation and hybrid algorithm.3. Aiming at the deficiency of the present experimental study, the soil and water pressure test of two kinds of test soil samples are designed and completed. The experimental results are compared with the experimental data:(1) For the cohesive soil, the soil pressure in the actual observation is nonlinear, and when the soil depth is deep, the soil pressure is close to the theoretical value, but the safety of the engineering application can be used. Therefore, two kinds of different theories are proposed.(2) Through experimental observation, the soil and water pressure of two different kinds of soil and water pressure with time distribution and the mechanism of soil and water interaction. The time of the two kinds of soil to reach saturation state is different, and the variation of water and soil pressure with time is different.(3) The measured values of static and soil pressure after the precipitation are between the measured values of the compacted soil and the measured values of the saturated soil, which indicate that the seepage flow can decrease the lateral pressure of the retaining wall. When the foundation pit is precipitation, the active earth pressure acting on the retaining structure will be reduced, which is favorable for the stress and stability of the retaining structure.4. Combined with engineering examples, the regularity of the model test is verified, and the limitations of the two methods are found. The theoretical formula can be optimized by taking into account more factors.
