As floor was foundation of a sluice, the size, form and safety of the floor structure determine the overall security and stability of sluice engineering. It is one of the most important parts in the chamber, so the analysis of sluice floor is great significante. And common form of a sluice floor are flat bottom plate inverted slab and frame floor etc. Such as was used in different, because of geological conditions, economic conditions, construction techniques of the engineering. The frame floor with its good integrity, strong seismic resistance, high bearing capacity, and effectively adjusting the differential settlement, has more applications in practice. And the analysis of the internal force of the floor is an important and complex problem. It is very important to select the reasonable foundation model and calculation method. The finite element method was used to analyse the practical engineering structure in this paper, the main contents are as follows:(1)The sluice plate form, the development and improvement of chamber structure method and the finite element software application in hydraulic project were introduced firstly.(2)The finit element theory, solving method and ABAQUS were introduced to establish a caculation model to analyze the displacement and stress of the frame-floor chamber structure.(3) ABAQUS was used to establish a two-dimensional finite element model of frame floor sluice, then the floor stress, foundation reaction and foundation settlement can be determinated by analyze of the foundation treatment, thickness of sand and other factors. After sand treatment, the maximum principal stress and minimum principal stress of top plate and bottom plate reduced. And in 2.5m, the foundation settlement is the least.(4)ABAQUS was used to analyze the Static and dynamic in building a three-dimensional finite element model of the whole chamber. And the conclusion is for general engineering under earthquake condition can use the pseudo static method to analyze, and the calculation process is relatively simple and has certain rationality. For an important engineering should combine the dynamic analysis, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the sluice project.
