Design Of Intelligent And Real-time Control System For The Environment Of Warehouse

With the development of social and improvement of people’s living standards, all kinds of building, such as supermarkets, gas stations and other buildings, need an environment which is reliable and safe and can alarm effectively. What’s more, people can relax, play, work and lay in things in the warehouse. However, when there is something wrong in the warehouse, for examples:power-cut, high or low temperature, or even fire-alarm and theft, the manager must be informed immediately so as to take effective measures. So, it’s very important for us to design an unguarded and real-time control system for the warehouse.This thesis mainly designed the hardware circuit part of intelligent and real-time control system for the environment of warehouse. This system is mainly composed of data collection subsystem and data control subsystem. Data collection subsystem is mainly composed of the controller, the infrared learning module, relay module temperature and humidity sensor, water sensor, O3 sensor, PM2.5 sensor, CO2 sensor and Composite temperature and smog sensor which are connected with data transmitter through RS485 bus. The relay module is used to control some equipment like fire extinguisher and ventilator. The infrared learning module is used to learn and store infrared signal to control other equipment like air conditioner and dehumidifier. Data control is mainly composed of main controller,7.0 inch LCD module, Ethernet module, alarm module and other peripherals. Also, the GSM module is added to the system. The GSM module with SIM900A chip is used to send message and give a phone call to the manage. By communicating with WEB server through the Ethernet module, the system can realized remote control and data sharing. The storage (SD card, outside Flash and EEPROM) of the system is big enough to store data (Sensor data, system parameter and font file).What’s more, to improve the execution efficiency of codes, the Real Time Operating System uC/OS-II is embedded into software.After long-time and lots of tests in the laboratory, the result shows that the intelligent and real-time control system for the environment of warehouse we designed can solve the problems of dysfunction and high-cost and realize functions of alarm effectively and auto-control. Not only can we know the status of warehouse, but also we can know and control the environment of warehouse in the distance when we log in the WEB server through any browser. Above all, the system which is easy to operate and has a wide range of use is in accord with the development trend of intelligent building in the future.
