Electricity is not only a pillar of the national enterprise production and economic development, it is also the basic essential factor of the life of the residents, the security and stability of power system is related to the safety and stability of the country. However many electrical equipment perennial expose in the field now, electric power line equipment safety can not be effective protected especially, the foundation work of power line patrol plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of the power system. However, the existing power line inspection method is not effective in real-time and accuracy, in management and technology is still not perfect, which results the unstable factors’existence in the power system. Therefore, the research and development of intelligent inspection and management system, which can solve the problems in time, improve the safety and reliability of the intelligent inspection system and power system.The rural power line inspection system of Hegang were studied and overall designed through 4G wireless data transmission technology and the multimedia data scheduling system in this paper. The system realized wireless real-time transmission of data, and achieved the purpose of the inspection plan and the synchronous u4Gte of the emergency situation. Feedback the real-time inspection information to the dispatching station of the dispatching command center through a plurality of mobile intelligent terminal, personnel on duty can see each mobile terminal distribution clearly by dispatching desk, and multimedia scheduling according to the needs of terminal data. Preliminary realization of the intelligent inspection work.In this paper, the key technologies of the line inspection system are introduced. For 4G data transmission mode, remote monitoring technology, power equipment fault analysis technology and the basic characteristics of network security technology, the relevant technology and application status are introduced, for the next step of research to do theoretical preparation. The second is the overall design of inspection system of Electric Power Bureau in Hegang city of rural power network based on 4G. Through the analysis of system requirements and principles, Hegang rural power line inspection overall scheme and functional design, which mainly include the design of function module design and logic of the process. System equipment and terminal design, from the terminal needs, the overall structure of the analysis, the line inspection terminal hardware and software were designed, and finally to the full text of the summary.
