However, the existing power line inspection method is not effective in real-time and accuracy, in management and technology is still not perfect, which results the unstable factors’existence in the power system. Therefore, the research and development of intelligent inspection and management system, which can solve the problems in time, improve the safety and reliability of the intelligent inspection system and power system.The rural power line inspection system of Hegang were studied and overall designed through 4G wireless data transmission technology and the multimedia data scheduling system in this paper. The system realized wireless real-time transmission of data, and achieved the purpose of the inspection plan and the synchronous u4Gte of the emergency situation. Feedback the real-time inspection information to the dispatching station of the dispatching command center through a plurality of mobile intelligent terminal, personnel on duty can see each mobile terminal distribution clearly by dispatching desk, and multimedia scheduling according to the needs of terminal data.
