Due to a wide range of electrical equipment within the plant, production tasks and more prone to misoperation accident, a serious threat to the safety of persons, power grids and equipment. Personnel equipment in order to effectively prevent major accidents caused by electrical misuse, China has established a complete electrical five anti-management, operation, design and use of the system. In this thesis, the actual demand Beijing Taiyanggong power plant as the basis, designed and implemented five anti-Beijing Taiyanggong Power wireless system, greatly improving the prevention of misuse of accident management level staff.This thesis introduces the research and practical application status of the background and significance of the topic, and research scholars in the field of electrical error lockout prevention; secondly analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional way of error lockout prevention and five anti-computer management system, and comparative analysis of the performance of the five anti-common product, which is conducive to the further development of research papers; then analyzes the Beijing Taiyanggong power plant business requirements and the original five anti-system problems, for business needs and problems, proposed five anti-system technical requirements. Analyzing of the ZigBee wireless communication technology and microcomputer five prevention system and technical characteristics, it is designed that radio five prevention system design ideas, software and hardware configuration and system operation process. According to the actual needs of the power plant site we design the system network scheme, latching logic scheme, function plan, area of atresia, type of atresia and, and to achieve the five basic requirements, equipment alignment, five anti simulated operation, storage operation ticket, multilevel purview management functions, communication interface and computer key function.Since the system has been put into operation, the operation rate of five anti locking device normal is 100%. Unlocking phenomenon and any other abnormal situations did not occur, that proves the system to meet the actual demand of Beijing Taiyanggong.
