In recent years, With the development of power grids interconnection, The requirement of power supply reliability, The requirements of the power supply reliability is increasing. Distribution network is the most direct contact power system with the user, So distribution network fault directly affect the production of industry and agriculture and people’s life.In order to ensure the user’s power supply safe and reliable, especially important business enterprise such as coal mining companies iron and steel hospital, the main substations are equipped with auto back-up power switching device (Hereinafter referred to APD). But due to the design of APD can not meet the requirements of the scene very well, and distribution network personnel wrong operation when operation maintenance, APD no action caused users to lose electric power supply when the main power source system has some problem.Through the study of Taiyuan power grid APD, combination of each substation distribution network connection mode、APD running situation equipment situation to carry out investigation, and analysis for APD device’s influence on the distribution network users, it puts forward relevant solutions and technical support of the problem, we should be ready to test the APD one by one to meet the requirements but not put into operation, to replace the APD that do not have the conditions, for achieving the requirement of safety and reliability for the cast.For 110kV sectionalized configuration, and there is no bus fault closure substation investment measures, put forward with the existing 110kv segments do temporary bus protection protection device, can reduce the substation accident risk level, improve the safety factor of the substation, and to help the accident.we have analyzed that JiaJing 110kV substation for installation of 10kV small supply side due to the design, tuning with other reasons, led device considering no longer operate correctly, and proposed improvement measures, compensated for the lack of the original design.This article focuses on the distribution network APD in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the issues raised in the prone solutions and precautions for maintenance personnel to provide some reference value in fault diagnosis skills.
