In twenty-first Century, energy and environmental crisis is becoming more and more significant.Wind power,as a clean energy,has been developed rapidly, and the permeability of the system has been increasing year by year.However,due to the fluctuation of wind po wer,the wind power has a lot of influence on the safe and stable operation of the system. Peaking is a measure,that power system can maintain the active power balance, maintain the stability of the system frequency and adapt to the change of electric load.In our country power structure, because of the existence of a lot of large coal-fired power units, peak power is shortage.The high penetration of wind power into the power grid,peaking problem with the system consumptive wind power has become increasingly prominent contradiction.This article analyzes the characteristics of the system peak load high penetration of wind power grid and absorptive capacity of wind power in constraints of peaking.Firstly,this paper establishes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of wind power system. It analyzes the characteristics of wind power fluctuations from time fluctuation characteristics and spatial fluctuations of characteristics.This paper established a large-scale wind farm cluster effect model, summed up the cluster effect with gathering capacity and geographic variation, providing a theoretical basis for later research systems consumptive wind power capacity.Secondly,consider wind power prediction error, the paper established a spinning reserve allocation model to the greatest overall economic efficiency as the goal.This paper studies the optimal spinning reserve, at different levels of wind power penetration and load.Thirdly,it is given that calculated based on the absorptive capacity of wind power peaking capacity constraints method.Analysis of wind power fluctuation characteristics peaking date have been proposed to analyze the impact of the system peaking capacity of wind power consumptive situation.Finally, the establishment of a wind power system peak load characteristics including economic optimization model system operating costs and environmental cost as the goal. This paper analyzes quantitatively different wind power penetration peaking economic characteristics of the system,to provide a theoretical basis for system planning and analysis study of wind power on the system pressure and operating characteristics of peaking.
