Due to PV incentive policy of the government and PV poverty alleviation policy of Linfen City Poverty Alleviation Bureau, Linfen City is confronted with the access of PV projects in large-scale, small capacity and high penetration rate for counties. Especially, since poverty alleviation projects are accessed through green channel, it raises extremely high requirements for power grid of Linfen City, which needs to ensure the transmission capacity of net racks as well as the feasible economic access. Consequently, it is an urgent need to discuss these questions so as to specific instructions and planning proposals for PV access can be proposed.This paper analyzes power grid status and PV access prospect in Linfen, studies confidence capacity and absorptive problem in Linfen PV power station, carries out discussion and analysis from four aspects of penetration rate, distribution form of PV power station, wind-light generator set complemental generation and electro mobile, etc., new-type stored energy development based on confidence capacity of PV power station, outlooks influences of these aspects on confidence capacity of PV power station, and evaluates PV absorptive situation in Linfen power grid through analysis of power source planning and balance of electric power and energy in the aspect of absorptive problem.Aiming at lots of PV centralized grid connection, the paper analyzes electrical calculation and net rack on Linfen power grid, conducts analysis and explanation on fashion changes and reforming schemes by using practical cases, and proposes the advice that central region should give priority to local absorption, while western and eastern mountain areas should absorb by feeding ultrahigh pressure or high voltage transmission into the load central of the power grid. All of these need to come up with construction requirements of net rack in time, improve transmission capacity of provincial or regional supergrid. Moreover, this paper also carries out analytic statistics on interval problems that greatly limit access of PV power generation in Linfen at this stage and puts forwards advice of construction and transformation.Based on the analysis of power grid status and PV access prospect of Linfen City, we put forward suggestions on the power source planning of Linfen’s power grid in this paper from fiducial capacity of PV power station, outlook the influence of electric automobiles and other new energy storage loads on PV, and offer proposals for the Linfen’s power grid planning through the calculation of electrical engineering and the analysis of net racks, so as to practice the concept of State Grid Corporation of China on global energy Internet and guarantee maximum access of the clean energy PV. Furthermore, we analyze real-life cases of distributed PV projects and throw out suggestions on the method of connecting PV projects.This paper selects 100kW PV project as the case, conducts modeling calculation through ETAP, and provides analysis and advice for possible problems of distributed PV access system, so as to give guiding suggestion to distributed electrical connection in Linfen.Although the reported installations of PV projects achieve double growth in Linfen City, the planning and the evaluation of access system solutions is in the dead zone. This paper would have an important reference value for the evaluation of power system planning and access system solutions of Linfen City.
