With the rapid development of the nuclear power industry and the "West to East" project, demanding for high-voltage power grid has become very high, and therefore as the infrastructure of high-voltage power grid, high-voltage isolation switch equipment faces a large demand. Isolation switch plays a part in building reliable insulating gap in high-voltage grid, transforming bus mode and so on, so that its performance has a direct impact on the safe and stable operation of the grid.Because of the development of Chinese nuclear power industry and the "west to east" project, the demand for high-voltage isolation switch equipment increases rapidly. While the existing design and manufacture of high-voltage isolation switch is not taken enough attention to the enterprise, which results in equipment poor quality, it is difficult to guarantee the stability of operation under the background. By combining with complex needs for maintenancing high voltage isolation switch in Tangshan power company where the author works, this paper researched in improving the design of high-voltage isolation switch equipment in following aspects:According to the actual situation of the power company in Tangshan area, we summarize the high-voltage isolation Tangshan power company within the jurisdiction of the common centralized switching equipment defects, including actuator failure, insulated porcelain broken, component damaged deformation, overheating and equipment corrosion and other types of cases, and the reasons for these devices produce defect cases were analyzed in order to carry out the perfect subject for this transformation within the jurisdiction of Tangshan power company equipment high-voltage isolation switch equipment.Based on the theoretical basis of improving high-voltage isolation switch devices, including the basic structure, working principle, the principle and the mode of perfect transformation of high-voltage isolation switch device, the theoretical basis is founded for transformation of the high-voltage isolation within the jurisdiction of Tangshan power company switching equipment.Based on the above theoretical research and practical work, this thesis puts forward a comprehensive transformation of the defect case against high-voltage isolation switch designed equipment program, and sums up the transformation of sound effects and the strict implementation of the device technology standards as well as quality assurance measures to achieve complete transformation of the on-site installation and commissioning aspects of management, appropriate adjustments to improve the scheme according to the actual situation and the good aspects of equipment, such that routine maintenance work is proposed within the jurisdiction of the Tangshan power Supply Company the effect of consolidation measures for improving the transformation of high-voltage isolation switch equipment recommendations.
