Sulfur hexafluoride high-voltage switch occupies a pivotal position in the safe operation of the power system during its spring operating mechanism is a very important component, security and stability of spring mechanism directly determines the switch open closing speed and mechanical properties etc. requirement is compliance. Due to mechanical movement, the various components within the system affect the mechanical interaction between parts in place if the movement, to work requirements. Mechanical systems for internal components collision can build mechanical dynamics and kinematics model of the system through virtual prototyping technology to simulate and analyze and suggest improvements based on the analysis of the design, and lay a good foundation for the engineering design and application.In this paper, a model for the study of sulfur hexafluoride high-voltage switch, sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker main spring actuator motion characteristics, sulfur hexafluoride high-voltage switches through three-dimensional body model Pro/E to establish a complete, Pro/E to complete the assembly of the spring brake actuator and sub-agencies, after the completion of the full assembly of sulfur hexafluoride high-voltage switch model into Adams by Pro/E and Adams’s interface simulation.
