In the hot summer and cold winter zone zones of China, it has a hot summer and cold winter and a high humidity. It is the most cold area of the same latitude areas in the world. The heating of winter, cooling of summer and damp proofing should be considered at the same time in the building energy efficiency design designning. At the same time, the area have a large population and a activity economic, is one of the key area of building energy saving in China. Office building has a high requirement to space illumination and has a high energy consumption of lighting. The data shows, lighting energy consumption accounts for roughly 20-40% of the total energy consumption. Considering that most office buildings are used in the day, if can improve the daylighting of the office building performance, it can save a large part of the lighting energy consumption. Windows, as the lighting device of building, is the most important factor that affected the office building lighting energy consumption, a more big window-wall ratio can effectively reduce energy consumption of architectural, but has been well documented, window-wall ratio will increase building energy consumption of air conditioning, so need to determine the how the window-wall ratio effect comprehensive energy consumption.Office building in the use of personnel is more, the number of people per unit area is larger. Residential buildings are often used by only 2~3 people, office buildings may have more than 10 people to use to a room, the personnel’s behavior patterns will produce very big effect of building energy consumption. Behavior’s pattern will affect lighting, air conditioning, the use of equipment such as computers, so it is necessary to determine the impact on building energy consumption may be different people behavior.This article carried out a large range of questionnaire investigation in hangzhou area. According to the staff for lighting, air conditioning, the different behavior of the window, extracted three kinds of typical behavior patterns-economy type, comfort type and luxury type. This article has carried Shanghai, hangzhou, wuhan, chengdu four representative cities, according to the specification, from hot summer and cold winter region and simulation analysis using DeST software. First, by changing the window wall ratio, got the architectural lighting, heating, cooling, and so on various energy consumption data. Then added different behavior patterns in the model, simulated again depending on the window wall ratio. At the end, analysised of building energy consumption from different cities, differen behavior pattern and different window-wall ratio.The results show that in the hot summer and cold winter region, there are many differences between building energy consumption in different cities, is closely related to their respective conditions; Comprehensive energy consumption of office buildings along with the increase of window wall than all showed a trend of increase to reduce, there is an optimal window wall ratio interval minimize the comprehensive energy consumption of buildings, for this model, the ratio is range of 0.25~0.25; Different people behavior pattern has great effects on building energy consumption, the economy type of behavior model can significantly reduce building energy consumption is approximately 26.2% to 27.8%; Under the mode of the economy and comfort behavio, comprehensive energy consumption of building the optimal window wall than interval to 0.3~0.4 respectively (Shanghai, hangzhou, wuhan) and 0.35-0.45 (chengdu), and luxury type mode, the optimal interval does not change. This shows that the building energy efficiency design in hot summer and cold winter region should consider the different behaviors in different models to settings window-wall ratio, when the personnel’s energy saving consciousness is good, it can use the the larger window-wall ratio to show the window function and aesthetic function.
