With the rapid development of economy, the construction industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries of China’s national economic construction. On the one hand, it provides the basic conditions for various industries, on the other hand, it also restricts the development of China’s economy. In spite of the increasingly shortage of global resources, people have more and more demands for living standards. Therefore, how to optimize the utilization of resources is an urgent problem to be solved in the world. The ecological composite wall structure system is a new type of residential structure system with environmental protection concept, which is mainly composed of three main parts of the ecological composite wall plate, the invisible frame and the floor slab. Frame and block is mainly affected by force wall unit. Study on the mechanism of interaction and the force of ecological composite wall structure perfect has a crucial role, but also can better promote the structure applied in the housing industry. This paper mainly does the following research:1) By comparing the analysis under different loading modes of ecological composite wall frame unit internal frame and block each other the role of test results. It is found that specimen in its ultimate loads in the range of 60%, deformation small, in the elastic stage; if the load continues to increase, block to appear in the crack, stiffness will decrease; When reaching the ultimate load, the bearing capacity decreased by 20% or more. Due to specimen of main cracks occur in the diagonal position, rib beam have obvious cracks and deformation. The failure mode of equivalent diagonal strut mechanism, and a frame and block the interaction between equivalent diagonal strut model.2) By the ANSYS finite element model is established, analysis of load displacement curve and the test results are in good agreement, frame unit along the diagonal pressure force high and uniform distribution and block along the diagonal of the central region of the principal stress maximum, which is consistent with the experimental result. The above analysis shows the equivalence of the frame and the block for oblique compression bar model is reasonable, and can be used for analysis of ecological composite wall structure is simplified.3) The frame unit design directly affects the wall limit bearing capacity, analysing of influencing factors on mechanical properties of frame. Through comparative analysis, we can see that the rib beam and rib column section size and reinforcement of the frame are influenced by the mechanical properties, with the increasing of the value of these factors, yield strength and yield displacement increases. Compared with the other two factors, the influence of section size is more significant. |
