Abstract/Summary:
With the fast development of science and technology as well as the continuous development of industrial technology, packaging machinery, as the fundamental guarantee of the mechanization, automation and personalization of products, is playing an increasingly important role in the field of packaging industry and commodity circulation. Commodity supply has also become more faster and effective. Under this circumstance, in order to put plastic cups on the carrier automatically as well as storage and transport quickly, automatic plastic cup feeding machine was designed. By combining theoretical analysis with practical experience as well as the requirements of the project, the product can be performed module partition with the guidance of modularization theory. And MDS two-dimensional drawing software is used to draw part drawing and assembly drawing. Then Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software is used to perform parametric modeling on modules. After that, co-simulation and optimization design are performed on key modules of the designed machine with the help of ANSYS and ADAMS/Control. All these make it possible to improve the mechanical structural capability and efficiency in a better way.This thesis clarifies the application of modularization theory and ANSYS and ADAMS/Control. In the design stage, the static and dynamic characteristics of the product is obtained. Then optimal modification is performed on structure according to the requirements in order to meet the optimum combination of structure parameters, which makes the static and dynamic characteristics in an optimal way and avoids the repeated trial manufacture, assembly and tests of the prototype. The design method in the thesis is concluded as follows:1. Analyzing the contradiction between the current situation and social demand of the packaging machinery and the current development of China packaging machinery. Clarifying the application of modularization theory in the field of packaging machinery design. With the technology of computer design and analysis and simulation, automatic plastic cup feeding machine was designed to substitute manual job.2. Analyzing the structure and function of the designed machine, setting the machine that can automatically take cups as the research object to divide its function and module in detail. Then performing modeling on each modules with Pro/E software.3. Performing simulation analysis based on virtual prototype technology. Using ADAMS to perform simulation analysis on divided modules of the machine that can automatically take cups. Finding out the key parameters that can affect the characteristic of modules. Then performing parametric simulation on modules to achieve optimal dynamic characteristic.4.. Performing static and dynamic characteristics analysis based on the finite element analysis technology. The analysis is performed on modules of the machine that can automatically take the cups with the help of ANSYS. Improvement and verification will be performed according to the analysis results.
