The tripping of electronic MCCB by flux transfer trip to perform, it closed magnetic circuit. Normal working hours by the attraction force of the permanent magnet so that the iron core is arranged in the closed state, when the circuit breaker in case of overload or fault current and the Intelligent Releaser send tripping signal, current flowing through the magnetic flux in the coil generates an electromagnetic field, offset by the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, moving core in the spring reaction force to promote traction pole circuit breaker tripping. Therefore, as the core components of the intelligent release of MCCB, the flux transfer trip is accurate, reliable action to achieve, circuit breaker to realize protection function key.Firstly on the flux transfer trip structure and working principle are introduced, then the flux transfer trip failure pattern and the analysis of the causes, in according to the national standard GB/Z 22074-2008 the reliability test method of MCCB based on the determined the average life and the protection success rate as a flux transfer trip two reliability index, and establishes corresponding reliability index grade according to the relevant standards.In order to obtain the average life expectancy and the success rate of the protection of these two reliability indicators, related reliability test. In the test process clear test conditions and sample installation, test cycle, test power, test incentive conditions requirements, the reliability life test and reliability test failure criterion are presented in this paper. In addition, the structure and principle of the equipment used in the reliability test are briefly introduced.According to the determination of the reliability test data of consolidation analysis, of flux transfer trip reliability index average lifetime and protect the success rate was estimated. According to the estimated value of the estimated value and the establishment of the reliability index grade comparison, determine the necessity of optimization. Then on the flux transfer trip in the reliability test of FMEA analysis, the spring reaction force and determination of the adjusting screw is the key factor of influence on the reliable operation of the magnetic flux converter, so the reaction spring and an adjusting screw to optimize the design.Based on flux transfer trip in a certain type of electronic type MCCB reliability research, not only to enhance the reliability of the types of products, to achieve the reliability growth and mastery of the method and technique of reliability research, lay a good foundation for the future research.
