At present, the wind power generation technology is in the rapid development stage, at the same time, the fault of the wind power generation brings huge economic losses to the wind power generator. Remote on-line monitoring technology can real-time monitor the operation of the wind power generating units and can forecast the failure of the wind turbine, which has theoretical research value and practical significance, and it is highly concerned by people.In this paper, the key technology of the wind power generating unit monitoring system is studied based on the characteristics of wind power, and a complete set of wind turbine condition monitoring system is designed, which includes the overall structure design, hardware circuit design and software programming. The system is based on the DSP data processing device, which is used to calculate the signal processing device. The data and the calculated results are transmitted to the host computer via the embedded Ethernet based on W5100 or eCAN bus. the host computer using LabVIEW as the development environment to complete data storage, signal analysis and state monitoring interface display.At present, the state monitoring system has been stable operation in a wind farm in Inner Mongolia CGN and monitor a typhoon machine gear box and bearing fault, its reliability and stability are verified. |
