Solar energy is a kind of clean energy which has widely distribution and huge reserve, and it caught our attention particularly in such a situation where we face serious energy shortage and environmental problem. PV cell is the most common way for solar energy application, but it will be restricted by weather, floor space and installing form in engineering application, so it is the mainstream research to find the optimum utilization mode for solar application. In this paper, the research object is a sort of hybrid photovoltaic/thermal solar system coupling with CPC(CPV/T).This paper focus on operating principle of CPV/T, and after completing the test bed, finished the monitoring and control system. Through the system, we accumulated the operating data in reference to the result of digital simulation and here is the main content:(1)Starting on exploring the operating principle of CPC and heat collector, establishing the corresponding mathematic model, after a comprehensive consideration for both truncation proportion and concentrate uniformity, determining the final size of the CPC and the structure of the heat collector.(2)The monitoring and control system applying to the PV/T is set up in ifix, which can meet the requirement for collecting data including cell temperature, working medium temperature, electric current and voltage, totaling 45 measure spots, while change the pipe structure and tracking model. Besides those, the main object is to control flow to adjust the fluid temperature. The PID is introduced in monitoring and control system, and after a lot of tests, the optimum parameters of proportion, integral, differential and dead zone for the regularly operating.(3)Making the system run in regular flow rate during the period with well illumination intensity, the thermoelectric performance parameters in different flow rate are collected. Through exploring the change rules of system under decreasing illumination intensity and comparing the performance in different flow rate, we finally determine the optimum flow rate for 200L/h.(4)Using PID in ifix to conduct regular temperature running, the thermoelectric performance parameters in different temperature are collected. Through exploring.the change rules of system under decreasing illumination intensity and comparing the performance in different temperature, the final temperature can be determined for 40 degree.(5)Comparing the operating conditions under regular flow rate running and regular temperature running. the final operating model can be ascertained, and it is regular temperature running for 40 degree.
