Research On Monitoring And Analysis Of The Efficiency Of Distribution Network

Distribution network operation efficiency analysis not only can assess the actual operating conditions of the distribution network, but can identify weak links in the distribution network, which has an important reference for the distribution network planning, reconstruction.This paper analyzed the main factors affecting the efficiency of the distribution network, from the stage of development, equipment selection standards, safety standards, load characteristics, equipment load factor, power loss, lack of power supply, etc. Based on the load duration curve, considering the power distribution network security and economy, the master device evaluation model was presented. Distribution network run equilibrium evaluation model between devices in the same layerbased on the master device evaluation model was introduced. Based on full consideration of the impact of the distribution network input and output, different levels of the distribution network operation efficiency evaluation model was proposed. Based on the operating efficiency evaluation model, operation coordinated evaluation model of distribution network between different levels was also proposed.The coordination of adaptation run and run equilibrium evaluation model was discussed meanwhile. This paper also studied the situation of operation and maintenance of the application system or platform of Taizhoudistribution network in detail, designed the data acquisition method and cross-platform data fusion technology roadmap, achieved interaction and sharing of data and information. Finally, by choosing different types of Taizhou supply area (A～D) as a pilot area, distribution network operation efficiency evaluation was carried out from the master device operating efficiency, system efficiency, operation coordination, running balance degree and other aspects, which can identify the weak links in Taizhou distribution network in terms of operational efficiency and providean important reference for Taizhou distribution network planning, reconstruction.
