Because of their special type of circulating fluidized bed boiler, to save the coal and the use of inferior coal is of great significance, and in research and development, use a bigger success. But according to the new environmental protection standards, construction, power plant should be built or rebuilt desulfurization facilities in service. This article will take the jinghai power plant 330MW CFB boiler desulfurization reform as an example, combining with the design conditions, with mature desulfurization technology, reconstruction of desulfurization is low investment, less land, cycle is short for the principle to choose the desulfurization process, determine the furnace spraying calcium desulfurization process, and its feasibility is verified. Jinghai power plant desulfurization renovation is completed, according to the boiler bed temperature, an air volume, ratio of secondary air volume up and down, oxygen and other factors, which affect the flue gas emissions of SO2 concentration, sums up the best way to run. Optimization of desulfurization system operation logic, according to different conditions, coal, load change rate, rapid and accurate tracking, the desulfurization system to ensure the flue gas emissions of SO2 concentration in line with national environmental requirements.
