With the rapid development of the electric power industry in China, In order to meet the needs of power enterprises increasingly fine production and management,most power generation companies have set up their own management system. The energy loss analysis system is one of the important systems for the realization of energy saving and consumption reduction, economic operation of the unit. And it plays an important role in improving the production management level of the power enterprise. But most of the system currently only has the ability to provide the Intuitive parameters of measurement points. The influence of the factors that affect the consumption difference is not directly reflected in the process of the parameters. It nfluences the guidance of the system. In addition, the current analysis system is not in-depth and comprehensive in the operation of real-time performance evaluation and the combination of equipment managementThis paper which based on 660MW ultra supercritical thermal power units, relyed on the existing network system of power plant, and Based on the production of real-time database, had analyzed and studied the software and hardware platform, data acquisition and other aspects involved in the process of energy loss system development starting from the actual needs of running managemen. This paper analyzes and studies the factors affecting the unit consumption by using the method of data analysis. And In this paper, the calculation of the parameters of each index is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the consumption difference, the performance evaluation system is studied and designed, and the practical application of the system is discussed. At last, the paper presents the improvement and perfection of the system of the system. The development and function of the system has important practical application value, which not only for the operation of the personnel and other manager to understand the thermal economy and operating conditions, timely discovery of problems and evaluation of equipment operation status, but also for all levels of manager in timely to provide a reference for energy-saving and reducing consumption potential.
