| With the developing of smart grid, many distribution network technologies are integrated into the distribution automation system. They make automation system stronger and stronger, also the automation system makes them more useful. Back-up power automation transfer(BAT) technology is one of the distribution network key technologies, so it’s very important for operating safely and reliable of power grid. It still has some limits, for there is no overall solution of distribution network. It needs an overall solution.At first, we analyze and research the distribution automation system, we get to know its advantages and the optimization of distribution network technologies. Then we study all about the BAT technology, such as connections, block conditions, operation logic. We summarize the smart BAT. For the overload condition, we study the existing solutions. Because the limitations, we need an overall control BAT system.According to the automation system and BAT technology, we put forward BAT management system. We describe the requirements, including structure and function requirements. More detail in core system, such as information interaction, function modules, and the application functions. We plan the communication system, and the terminal system.At last, based on a common connection of distribution network, we compare the function of used overload solution and new overload solution on this connection. The result is that the new one is better. We should promote the system in distribution network. |
