Paper based on double-arch tunnel of two water mountain project in Lin hai, following the investigation,using the methods of engineering analysis and numerical simulation, based on tunnel design theory and related mechanics theory, combined with the actual condition of the double-arch tunnel, construction method and mechanical aspects of construction, measures and countermeasures, key design theory for supporting were studied intensively, the main research results are as follows:1、Based on the analysis of theories of advanced supporting principles and surrounding rock tunnel destruction, based on the basic idea of fully use the capacity of surrounding rock and essentiality to maintain the original state of the surrounding rock, the nursing theory and excavation advance energy were applied to summarize the minimum principles of rationality difference arch tunnel construction.2、Based on the research on the problems of the wall of tunnel through the arch and bias issues, the reasonable arch tunnel construction sequence were put forward.3、Combining the actual conditions of two water mountain arch tunnel construction, detailed analysis of the dynamic construction of the tunnel and the key countermeasures were conducted, the numerical simulation of the force and displacement law in the construction of the two conditions in the wall of the guide hole method were taken.(1) Deformation in the process of wall excavation. Whether dig holes or right holes, along with arch tunnel excavation proceeds, the vertical displacement of the wall increases, and the horizontal displacement is first increased and later decreased. In other similar construction process, horizontal displacement of condition 1 is slightly larger than that of condition 2, and the vertical displacement of condition 1 is less than or equal to that of the condition 2.(2) Internal force in the process of wall excavation. Trends of the force in two conditions are essentially the same, but the maximum stress in the wall bear some differences, the maximum value of the stress condition in the construction process, condition 2 bear a larger stress than the condition 2; Similarly, in conditions 2 when excavating hole on the right steps and down stairs in the wall, bear bias in the construction process is significantly, than other In both construction working conditions, the level of stress in the wall close.4、According to the construction of two water mountains dynamic tunnel, the appropriate information surveillance design method were discussed, the parameters and benchmarks to monitor were decided, construction management and construction monitoring design process were put forward.
