With the rapid development of the city, the growth rate of the motor ve hicle has been much higher than construction speed of urban roads, urban transport is becoming increasingly serious, the priority development of public transport has become a trend. In urban roads, the operation of the intersection can often reflect the efficiency of the whole urban road network. Signal controlled intersections as an important node in the city road network is the main place of traffic delays generated. At road intersections importing buses to set up a dedicated channel inlet channel, can effectively reduce traffic delays buses in urban road intersections generated to ensure the efficiency of the bus so that the bus can be arrived at the bus station. the level of transit service is been improved, so that residents will be more to choose bus travel.When setting bus import lane at urban road intersections, Since the turn of a import lane one or multiple lanes assigned to bus use, social vehicles are prohibited at bus import lane, thus reducing the number of lanes in the social vehicle steering, the capacity of social vehicles in the inlet is reduced, then social vehicles traffic delays will increase. Therefore, to make bus import lane evaluation method provides a scientific basis. For the problem caused by urban bus import lane, the main contents of this paper include:(1)Describes the principles set bus lane, then put forward road and traffic conditions for import lane settings, as well as four settings way of bus import lane, which focuses on the work of the feedback line settin g method and serrated bus lanes principle.(2) Based on the HCM2010 traffic delay model, the per capita delay model of the signal control intersection with bus import lane is proposed. Typical road intersections selected for field survey. Using VISSIM traffic simulation software, the relevant parameters are calibrated, and the per capita delay model is obtained. Finally, an example shows that the model has good practicability.(3) By combining fuzzy evaluation method and AHP, the level evaluation system of bus import lane is established. Through different levels of weight calculation, the total system weight values of the various indicators, including per capita traffic delays, will be obtained, finally get a complete evaluation system.
