With the rapid development of the city and dramatic increase of motor vehicles in our country, urban road traffic pressure is growing, the transformation and construction of urban roads are increasing, but now the road landscape design can not satisfy people’s environment requirements. Urban road landscape is an important part of the urban landscape, and it is most closely related to the relationship between the residents, the maximum utilization of the type, it is an important carrier to shape the city’s unique charm.Through analyzing the progress about road landscape design and related cases at home and abroad, The author summaries design experience. On the basis of Guazhou overall urban planning, we determine Yingbin Road landscape planning and design goals by analyzing natural resources and Guazhou cultural theme, the design goals are " forest outside and water inside, road in the forest, car beside the lake,culture in the scene, walking King vary ".In order to promote and expand Guazhou distinctive regional culture, we divided theme zones to "Zhang Zhiwen of Xuanzang culture, ancient culture, border culture and red culture" as the basis along Yingbin road landscape. Overall design based on knowledge of landscape design, ecological idea and aesthetic theory, created a geographical and cultural characteristics landscape nodes of Guazhou fairy book Taying silk, brought three sources together, Xuan Zang sculpture, use water and plants to strengthen the visual impact of the road landscape for public recreation, forming the city landmark.Yingbin road landscape design will successfully combine roads, water, squares and culture, so that road traffic and recreation space to form a good interaction, create a ecological environment for residents and visitors to travel and walk, the theme points segment and node reflecting the cultural landscape are also impressive for people. We hope to bring some reference for the development of urban road landscape design through the landscape planning and design of Yingbin road.
