| Nowadays, as energy crisis and environment pressure are becoming more severe problems, traditional car industry is moving on to a transitional stage. Light electric car is one of the most promising field due to its zero pollution and small but exquisite size. Inner space directly influences customer experiences since it is significantly close to its user. In this article, based on human comfort, studying internal space of pure light electric car, exploring how new energy approach effecting inside system, and a series of designs of inner space are suggested.Firstly, this article discussed differences of electric cars and fuel vehicles, and the new type of human-machine communication and layouts of internal space were explored, providing a direction of the following-up conceptual design. Secondly, characteristics of light electric vehicles in terms of sizes were discussed, and from a perspective of applying human-machine engineering in inner space designing, parameters of comforts were analyzed. Meanwhile, principles and experiments of comfort in designs were discussed separately in three aspects, seats, dash boards and colors. Thirdly, based on the summary of principles and experiments from the above and customer research, a set of conceptual designs of inner space were proposed and a 3-dimensional model was displayed. A final scheme of inner space design fitting customer comfort were introduced by using CATIA to analyze human-machine engineering.Based on a comprehensive use of relevant knowledge of human-machine engineering theories, human physiology and metrology, a method of experiencing design, the aid of 3-dimensional modeling of Rhino3D, and human-machine engineering module of CATIA, yield a conceptual inner space design of light electric vehicles. This complete designing process systematically combined customer needs and comfort design by applying the latest technology, possessing a guideline for designing inner space of electric space along with comfort. |
