Chinese traditional culture is profound, traditional handcrafts are also included. It includes not only the traditional handicraft wisdom and creativity of working people, but also the connotation of a rich culture. However, with the development of globalization, urbanization and industrialization, Chinese traditional handcraft has been influenced heavily, many handcrafts in the inheritance processes of decline, or even disappear, how can crafts continue to pass down becomes a serious problem. In this context, shows how handicraft silver of Dali Xinhua Village becoming well-known, famous, and even the Yunnan crafts a “business card.”The way of Xinhua Village handcrafts to become famous comes with inheritance of traditional culture. This “business card” not only increases the economic income of Xinhua Village, improving the status of the craftsmen, but also to bring the gospel for the inheritance of handcrafts. In spite of family education and apprenticeship education, school education, social education and self-education also have a breakthrough improvement and education methods are enriched a lot. This inheritance is not only makes inheritance of crafts to be undertaken in the longitudinal, but also spread by horizontal. There are some significant question in the processes of the handicraft inheritance of Xinhua Village, such as how education is carried out, what is the problem in the processes of education and what do young people think and innovative ideas do young generation have and so on. All these problems above are worth inquiring deeply. This paper takes Xinhua village for the main fieldwork point, and takes the master and the young who have the characteristic about inheritor for the object of study. Analysis the educational problems about inheritance of handicraft through the method of participant observation, interview and other techniques, and presents a special inheritance of handicraft village.This thesis consists of four parts. In the first part introduces the research origin, meaning, method and significance of the research. In addition, mainly defines the important concept in this article and introduces the geography, customs and other basic information of Xinhua Village. The second part mainly about the history of handicraft and handicrafts process, and described the effects of the handicrafts of Xinhua. In the third part, the author analyses the family education, school education, social education, and self-education on the basis of the field survey and educational factors. The fourth part described some thought about the handicraft educational of Xinhua village, including the influence of the Education on the inheritance of handicraft, some problems and solutions for the handicraft educational.
